Hi All! Everyone's always asking me for book recomendations and how to get hold of some of the tools I use and websites I recommend.
Here are links right to them for your convenience.

First, there's my fave support network website - peertrainer.com - They actually deal with non-physical aspects of weight loss head on one of the few who even acknowledge it.

and then there's caloriecount.com - they are great for all the technical diet & exercise stuff and they were the first to publish my story, , too

I love this, too. One of the first books I read - I still quote it all the time.

And this, as you know if you've spen more than 5 minutes listening to me talk, is the only gym you'll ever need. No Really. I'll even show you how to use it!

And I think this lady actually saved my life

And no exercise program is complete without an exercise ball. And they're fun (though you can get one locally for cheaper - ah yes, just don't buy the Walmart one if you can avoid it - there is a.... ahem, quality issue in my personal opinion.
